Dr. Marie Walker is a seasoned veterinarian who grew up in the state of Colorado and received her undergraduate degree in biology from St. Olaf College in Minnesota. After completing her studies, she returned home to Fort Collins and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2018. With a wealth of experience in small animal medicine, she has spent several years practicing in the foothills of Colorado before making the move to Seattle.
As a veterinarian, Dr. Walker has a particular interest in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and preventive medicine. She is dedicated to strengthening the bond between pets and their owners through exceptional client education and stress-free patient care.
When she’s not at work, Dr. Walker stays active by participating in triathlons and singing in choirs. She also enjoys unwinding with a good murder mystery and exploring the great outdoors with her husband, son, and their two border collies, Ellie and Frankie. Despite their stubborn personalities, these furry friends bring her endless joy and are a constant source of adventure in the mountains.
