Do you accept kibble?

Easy and convenient payment options.

At our practice, we understand the importance of making payment information clear and accessible to our clients. That’s why we offer several options for payment, including cash, check, debit, and Care Credit, all with no additional fees. For your convenience, we also accept most major credit cards with a small 3% processing fee. Additionally, if you have Trupanion insurance, we can process your payment directly through them. Our goal is to make the payment process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.

Payment Policy

Please note that all payments must be made in full at the time of service. We are not currently able to accept payment in kibble or cans of cat food. We gratefully accept gratuities in the form of smiles, notes, and human-friendly treats!

Deposit Policy

  • To ensure we can provide timely care for all our patients, we require a deposit when scheduling certain appointments:
  • New Clients – A deposit equal to the cost of an exam is required when booking your first appointment.
  • No-Show Policy – Established clients who have previously missed an appointment without notice will be required to pay the cost of an exam as a deposit for future bookings.
  • Anesthetic Procedures – A $200 deposit is required to schedule any non-emergency anesthetic procedure.

Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.
