Kim joined SVA in 2023 after earning an A.S. degree in Marine Environmental Technology. Their favorite part of their work is getting to work with animals and fellow animal lovers, but they also love to expand and sharpen their skillset with new and interesting challenges which veterinary medicine represents. In the future, Kim’s looking forward to continuing to study marine biology at some point in the future. In their spare time they like to make art and spend time with their cat, Ash. Ash is a grumpy old gray tabby who has an attitude with strangers. However, Ash is secretly a cuddle bug with Kim which suits them both just fine.
