Meet Madelayne, who joined the Ravenna Animal Hospital team in 2025, as a Client Services Representative. Madelayne brings an incredible depth of knowledge to her role, holding a BS in General Social Science, an MA in Sociology & Communication, and a Master of Business Administration.
Madelayne’s dedication to veterinary medicine is rooted in her absolute love for animals. She believes that supporting animal health and wellness is fantastic, and she jokes that if she could have any superpower, it would be the ability to talk to animals.
When she isn’t helping clients at the front desk, Madelayne loves hanging out with friends, going out dancing, reading, and enjoying bubble tea
