Natalie joined SVA in June of 2017 after earning a BS in Physics from the University of Washington. A self-proclaimed cat enthusiast, Natalie started her veterinary journey right out of high school at the Cat Clinic of Seattle. After working as an assistant and successfully completing her exams to become an LVT, she decided to bypass post-college burnout by staying exactly where she belonged: in veterinary medicine. Natalie brings a highly diverse background to the clinic, including time spent in animal research, general practice, and over ten years in the fast-paced world of veterinary emergency medicine. Her clinical passions include emergency care, nutrition, and all things related to animal behavior. Outside the clinic, her greatest talent is her ability to continuously acquire new hobbies, and she is the proud caretaker of four wonderfully named cats: Pirate Growl Tiger (FS DLH), Mooney (FS DSH), Clarice Starling (MN DSH), and Pineapple Mozzarella (MN DLH).
