Dr. Reed grew up on a hobby farm in Central Indiana with horses, cats, dogs, rabbits and even a sheep. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Franklin College before graduating from Purdue University with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She prioritizes building close-knit relationships with her clients and patients.
In the clinic, Dr. Reed thrives on the “puzzle-solving” aspect of internal medicine and finds great reward in performing dental procedures that provide immediate relief from chronic pain. She is particularly dedicated to geriatric care and arthritis management, focusing on helping senior pets regain mobility and comfort during their golden years.
Since moving to Seattle in 2019, she has enjoyed exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Michael, and their two dogs, Svobo and Hedy. When not at the hospital, she spends her time traveling, knitting, and baking.
