Delanie joined SVA in 2021. She has since moved away, moved back, and moved to Richmond Beach Animal Hospital where she shares her elite repair skills, animal handling mastery, and amazing smile. Our fearless assistant loves learning new things (especially related to science and veterinary medicine) which is something her assistant job allows her to do on a daily basis. She says about her job “the cute pets are also a plus.” When she’s not at work she’s baking, trying new foods and restaurants, and sometimes even scuba diving. She shares her home with a husky-German-shepherd-mix named Luna who is featured in several places on our website and also appears routinely on the TV behind the reception desk. Luna knows more than 12 tricks which is pretty darned impressive.
