Elena joined SVA in 2026. Bringing an educational background in psychology, Elena’s transition into veterinary medicine is driven by her lifelong, deep-seated love for animals. She is eager to build a strong foundation in the field before pursuing her Veterinary Assistant certification in the near future. Her long-term ambitions are just as inspiring; Elena dreams of one day running her own small homestead and eventually moving into wildlife rehabilitation.
When she isn’t welcoming clients and patients at the clinic, Elena is an avid outdoorswoman who loves hiking, camping, and exploring the mountains. Her vibrant range of hobbies includes practicing archery, crafting leather and hide-tanning projects, gardening, bird watching, and foraging for local herbalism. Back inside, she enjoys reading classical literature and spending time with her three cats: two brown tabby brothers and a grey and white female. Packed with dog-like personalities, her feline trio keeps her highly entertained and perfectly complements her self-proclaimed homebody nature.
