Jodi

Jodi joined Seattle Veterinary Associates in 2026 after earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and an Associate’s degree in Veterinary Medicine. Jodi readily admits their favorite part of veterinary medicine has been the puppy and kitten visits. But not for the reason you think.  She loves providing education to new owners (and new staff, too.) As she’s gained experience working in a clinic, she’s learned to appreciate the “behinds the scenes” parts of veterinary medicine. She loves working on critical care patients, in part because taking care of them allows her to use all of her skills.

When Jodi isn’t working hard at the clinic, she stays busy with a variety of activities including building with Lego and making BookNooks (the tinier the better).  She also enjoys camping, hiking, photography- anything she can do outdoors. She also says if she wins the lottery (which she doesn’t actually play) there will signs of that win, such as a Beauceron puppy, a Toyota 4 runner, and a frame pop-up camper. Jodi also collects books, some of which she actually reads.

Jodi has shared her home with a variety of pets including dogs, rabbits, and geckos. She currently lives with a 13-year-old boxer named Mudd Puppy, and a 10-year-old chihuahua name Minion.
